1) Who are you and what do you do?

Logan Elliott, Managing Director of performer based creative entertainment company ‘Highly Flammable Entertainment’ and Entrepreneur in Residence for the education company ‘Entrepreneurs Adventures’. I am extremely passionate about driving both my businesses forward to impact the world and I also LOVE to travel around NZ and abroad. I have not spent more than 2 weeks in one place for 2 years now!

2) Why do you like living in Wellington?

Wellington has a buzz and energy that I cannot describe. I see it as NZ’s biggest creative arts hub and very supportive of entrepreneurship and small business. It’s super easy to get around the city on foot and there is amazing accessible adventures very close-by. Some personal favourite include the Orongorongos hiking tracks, Wairarapa’s Southern beaches and gravel roads, Red Rocks and of course the Wellington Zoo and Zealandia! Plus out of everywhere I have travelled it would have to be the easiest place to get an amazing coffee and soak up the creative vibes! 

3) What’s your most favourite memory of Wellington?

It has to be the Cricket World Cup Semi Final – we had Twenty (!) Stilt Walkers and Mirrorman entertaining pre-match and I was lucky to be in charge of managing them on the day. It was full on but the energy of the fantrail parade was electric and I have never heard the stadium roar like it did that night…

4) If you like coffee – which cafe serves up the best for you? (!)

I have a slight addiction to Enigmas Rasberry Gelato Affogatos late at night when I am cracking on some crazy new ideas for Highly Flammable or Entrepreneurs Adventures…
